1. Shopping at Sheeptight
From the top menu you can select a category to see the products. You can also click the 'products' link to see all our products. Alternatively you can enter one or more keywords in the search box and we will show you all relevant products to your search.
For each product we have collected as much (large) images as possible to give you a very good idea what it is that you are buying. Simply click on them to see the bigger version and use your left and right arrow keys to go to the previous and next image.
You can put products in your shopping basket either from the overview pages, or from the product detail page by clicking on the green basket icon. If you would like to order more than one product you can click multiple times to add them, or increase/decrease the number from your shopping basket.
Well ... it happens to the best of us. Sometimes we get carried away and put way too much stuff in our shopping baskets ;) Luckily here we show you all the time the total amount you are planning to spend and you can easily put things back on the shelves by 'erasing' them from the shopping basket page.
- We use Paypal if you would like to use your balance there or one of the major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard or American Express) to complete your order.
- We use Multisafepay if you would like to use iDeal, Giropay, DIRECTebanking or Bancontact / Mister Cash to complete your order.
As soon as your payment clears you have placed your order. We will show you an order confirmation on screen and email you an invoice with all details.
4. Shipping costs
Directly at the Shopping Basket page we always show you the available shipping options and their associated cost. When you are logged in we have preselected your country, else you simply choose the destination country and we'll show you available options based on size and weight of your order. We do not like surprises - the total amount shown is always exactly what you'll pay when you decide to complete the order.
If you have chosen a shipping method with Track & Trace we will send you an additional email as soon as your order is ready to ship. This email contains the tracking code and further instructions on how to track your order.
If you are living near Haarlem, The Netherlands we offer the option to pickup your order directly from our warehouse. Be aware that we do this by appointment only and we will contact you after your order to agree on a day and time.
You have the right to a trial period of 14 days. That means that you can return a product within 14 days after it has been delivered to your address. Returns are only accepted if the product is undamaged and you need to let us know in advance that you are planning to return a product. Doing so is simple: Send us an email. After we have supplied you with an RMA number you can send the product to us. Make sure to clearly write the RMA number on the outside of your packaging. Shipping costs for the return are your responsibility.
As soon as we have received the undamaged product we will return your money within 14 days.
7. About our stock
All products visible on the website are on stock. For most of these we have a sufficient amount on stock to be able to deliver directly. If we are unable to deliver all ordered products then we will let you know by email when it will be available again. When you do not wish to wait for this then we can cancel your order and return your money.
